LYTA Hosts a Parent-Child Tournament
On a beautiful fall day on November 16, LYTA hosted a Parent-Child Tournament at the St. Andrews tennis courts. Four green dot teams and fifteen yellow ball teams participated. One team even drove down from Florence to join the fun. Snacks, goodie bags, and hot apple cider were provided. A good time was had by all.

CTC Named After Peggy Bohne
The Charleston Tennis Center was renamed “The City of Charleston Peggy Bohne Tennis Center” on Sunday, October 12th. The LYTA celebrated with many other area tennis enthusiasts as Peggy received this wonderful honor. Her love of the game, especially when it comes to youth, was the impetus for the creation of the Elementary & Middle School Tennis League.

Teacher Doubles Tennis Tournament a Success!

The courts were full of energy, camaraderie, and some seriously impressive tennis skills. It was a wonderful day of friendly competition, laughter, and celebration of our amazing educators. Week 3 NCSC – 2025
